From the Stage to the Soul — Speaking Hope into the World
I’ve been on stages for as long as I can remember. From my elementary school play to singing on church platforms, auditioning for Jive Records in Hollywood, and even spinning the wheel on Wheel of Fortune. What began as a love for performing and connecting with people became preparation for something far greater. A calling to use those same gifts to bring hope and transformation to others.
Today, when I step onto a stage, it’s not to perform but to transform. Whether speaking to executives, entrepreneurs, or students, my message remains the same: you can build a life and organization rooted in purpose, anchored in values, and unshaken by circumstance. The Unshaken message—Joy, Regardless—isn’t a tagline. It’s a lived truth.
One of my most meaningful moments came while speaking to a group of college students exploring entrepreneurship. They came searching for direction but left with something greater—belief. Through stories of perseverance, faith, and purpose, they saw that leadership isn’t about waiting for opportunity; it’s about creating it.
